C. Certificates Required

  1. Students from boards other than Gujarat HSC Board are required to present
a PROVISIONAL ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE from the Gujarat University along with
    their application form.
  2. Students of colleges affiliated to the Gujarat University who desire to
transfer to St. Xavier’s College must first check the possibilities of
admission with the Principal. Those who are guaranteed admission are then
required to produce a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the Principal of the
college they are leaving, and later a TRANSFERENCE CERTIFICATE.
  3. Students admitted to the first year are required to fill out the
prescribed form for the CERTIFICATE OF ENROLMENT, and hand it in at the
College Office with their HSC Examination certificates and TWO true copies of
their marksheet. This is to be done in the first week of July.
    Important:
The admission granted to an applicant is to be considered provisional until
all fees are paid, and all the prescribed documents are in order. St. Xavier’s
College disclaims all responsibility if any of the documents required by
Gujarat University are not submitted or are found unacceptable by it.
